    Feb. 1948 Established with a capital of 180,000 yen.

    Jul. 1949 Designated as an agent of Nagoya Rubber Co., Ltd. (currently Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd.)
    Oct. 1949 Designated as an agent of Nihon Shokuhin Kako Co., Ltd.
    Feb. 1952 Opens a branch office in Hamamatsu.
    Feb. 1956 Starts an import/export business with China.
    Jun. 1960 Ichiei Industrial Co., Ltd. established under the auspices of Nagoya Rubber Co., Ltd.
    Opens an office in Tokyo.
    Feb. 1961 Establishes Tokai Toyota Agricultural Machinery Sales Company (currently Unica Co., Ltd.) as a joint venture with Toyoda Automatic Loom Works (currently Toyota Industries Corporation) to expand the farming equipment business.
    Dec. 1961 Designated by China as a China-Japan Friendly Trading Company.
    Aug. 1963 Starts handling imported liquor.
    May. 1964 Opens the Kariya Office.
    Apr. 1967 Moves the head office to current location (Honjin-tori, Nakamura-ku).
    Sep. 1967 Opens the Nishizakai Office (currently the Nagoya Plant).
    Jan. 1968 Becomes a distributor of metals for Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
    Feb. 1972 Starts handling beans produced in Japan and abroad.
    Aug. 1980 Establishes Nakanihon Nousan Kaisha, Ltd. to expand and reinforce the grain business.
    Jul. 1988 Receives Minister's Award from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
    Apr. 1990 Succeeds the business of Little Princess Inc. to advance into a new business field.
    Sep. 1996 Opens a rice mill for Nakanihon Nousan Kaisha, Ltd. in Amagun Sayacho (currently Aisai City).
    Dec. 1997 Succeeds the business of Wine Food Co., Ltd. in the Export Processing Zone of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
    Feb. 1998 Succeeds the business of Chuoh Shokuryo Co., Ltd.
    Jun. 2000 Increases capital by 103 million yen for a total of 303 million yen.
    Oct. 2001 Establishes the Food Manufacturing Department (Nagoya Plant) within the Nishizakai Office.
    Dec. 2001 Acquires ISO 14001 certification at the Kariya Office.
    Mar. 2005 Divests Unica Co., Ltd. to Toyota Industries Corporation.
    Jul. 2007 Acquires ISO 22000 certification (Food Safety Management Systems) at the Food Manufacturing Department.
    Sep. 2007 Acquires ISO 14001 certification at the Metals and Food Manufacturing Departments.
    Aug. 2010 Opens the Obu Office.
    Relocates the Metals Department from the Nishizakai Office.
    Apr. 2011 Opens a staple rice plant for Nakanihon Nousan Kaisha, Ltd. in Tsushima City.
    Nov. 2014 Establishes Sora, Co., Ltd.
    Dec. 2015 Acquires ISO 9001 certification at the Hamamatsu Auto Parts Department.
    Jun. 2016 Acquires FSSC 22000 certification at the Food Manufacturing Department.
    Jul. 2016 Succeeds the business of Meisei Kohan Co., Ltd., converting the facilities into the Ichinomiya Plant for the Metals Department.
    Dec. 2018 Succeeds the business of Shirakawa Rice Co., Ltd.
